Samir Farhat

Practices: Litigation (judicial and arbitration) and counsel, in all areas of civil law.

Undergraduate degree in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, with professional development courses taken at the University of Porto Law School (Portugal). He has been a member of the selection committee for several competitive civil-service exams in different Brazilian states, including exams for hiring judges, attorneys for the public defender’s office, and attorneys for the public prosecutor’s office.

Gustavo Michel Arbach

Practices: M&A Transactions, Corporate Law (day-to-day and operations), Contracts and Business counsel, Wealth Planning.

L.L.M. in Corporate Law at the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – Insper and graduate at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie .
